The results of the investigation

reveal a complex interplay among these demographic factors. They do not operate in isolation but rather intertwine to shape educators' readiness to harness the power of technology in their instructional practices. This understanding allows stakeholders to formulate adaptable policies that empower TVET instructors to align their educational approaches with the evolving needs of industries. In conclusion, within the evolving landscape of education, TVET instructors are poised to take a leadership role in enriching discussions on technology integration and workforce empowerment. By leveraging the TPACK framework, instructors can shape exceptional learning experiences, thereby preparing students to confront the challenges posed by advancing technology. Ultimately, this paper underscores the indispensable role of TVET instructors in driving the quality and relevance of TVET education, in alignment with the Ministry of Higher Education's vision.
