Authors are required to submit a full paper for the presentation session. However, authors are also invited to submit their papers for journal publication with additional charges at a discounted rate. The journals available for publication are the Advanced Journal of Technical and Vocational Education and STEPS journals. Full papers must adhere to the writing format (refer to the Writing Format section below). Full papers intended for publication in the proceedings and journals will be peer-reviewed blindly.

The abstract should clearly state the purpose, method used, key results, contributions, or impact of the study on the field of study. The paper reference format is based on the APA standard (refer to the paper format template).

Every presenter must register the topic of their paper and the relevant theme. If the same presenter would like to present a second paper, they will need to register again and make another payment.
